Once a pioneer, now a standard, Anne Klein was an innovator, passionate creator and visionary who helped define the landscape of American fashion. Anne Klein loved practical innovation which made her a leader not a follower. She created clothing for freethinking, strong, intelligent women. Her clothing and accessories didn’t merely meet a woman’s fashion needs but provided her with a form of self-expression and empowerment. 

At the height of her success, Anne Klein died unexpectedly in early 1974. A succession of designers have created clothing under the Anne Klein label, including Donna Karan, who began her career under Anne’s wing, Charles Nolan, and Louis Dell’Olio. Anne Klein built an iconic aesthetic and Ted Kim will take her vision and infuse it with a modern sensibility while maintaining the integrity of the brand’s heritage.   SSI and Anne Klein have been partners since 1998.
