Beauty Bar Receives PETA recognition

Beauty Bar was recognized in the first ever Philippine Proggy Awards (Progressive Awards) for having the best selection of cruelty-free products.  Launched by the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) Asia-Pacific, six other companies were awarded this year for their efforts to promote animal welfare in their respective categories.

PETA Asia-Pacific is an affiliate of PETA USA, the world’s largest animal rights organization.  It focuses its attention on the four major areas in where animals suffer the most:  factory farms, laboratories, clothing trade, and entertainment.
